Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Wherever you're hiding, we ship there - no excuses!😍
Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. However, we run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.🎁
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs on the checkout page.
+ Orders to the Continental United States incur a shipping fee starting at $4.99.
+ Orders to countries within the European Union incur a shipping fee starting at $6.99.
+ Orders to countries outside of the Continental United States and European Union incur a shipping fee starting at $11.99.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 2-3 business days after purchase.
Within the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, orders can be expected to arrive in 4 - 12 working days.
Orders placed to all other countries can be expected to arrive within 8 - 20 working days.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are unable to control on our end and also, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season. Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier.
Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back-end charges incurred.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore our store is not guaranteeing delivery dates.
Your order may arrive in multiple packages and shipments. Depending upon the type, quantity, and weight of item(s) in your order, we may pack and ship them in multiple packages. You will not be charged for multiple packages and shipments other than the amount that appears at checkout.
We are not responsible if a package is/are not deliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out, if shipping information is not corrected within the given time frame, store policy will apply. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at as soon as possible.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
Order
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which will contain tracking information. You can also keep an eye out on your delivery or contact our Customer Care Team to help track your order. Please remember that on some occasions it could take up until 9pm for the courier to deliver your package.
Change and Modify requests are only allowed within 24 hours from the time that the order was placed. After 24 hours have elapsed, no order modifications are allowed. Because the order already has processed and it is too late to cancel it or modify it. Thanks for your understanding.
Within 24 hours, if you want to edit your order info or change your shipping address, please send your request to support@pakubon.com
Yes, we will send you a tracking number via Email. In some cases, it can take up to 4 days. You can later track your Order by clicking on "Track Order" in the Main Menu.
If you didn't receive an Email, please contact us, so we can provide you with the information, before making a Charge-back, in some cases, Emails don't get send automatically.
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including an order conformation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.
If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us at support@pakubon.com and we will fix it for you.
We have a large assortment of products not stocked in the house when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)

It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.
We pride ourselves on quality. Our items can only be bought on our store and nowhere else! Plus we use high quality materials. We do not settle for materials that are not up to par or lose it’s vibrancy when stretching. We only work with fabrics and printing techniques that we have seen ourselves. That is why it costs a little more, but it is worth it even more.
